Rilakkuma Tags Along: Lawson’s New Charms and Stickers

Limited-edition goods inspired by the Rilakkuma anime arrive at participating Lawson stores on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

Rilakkuma’s interests tend toward meals, snacks and taking things easy. From Tuesday, October 27, 2026, the bear in a bear suit will also offer a small reason to linger at Lawson: a collection of exclusive acrylic keychains and puffy stickers inspired by the Rilakkuma anime.

The goods will be sold in limited quantities at participating stores across Japan, with sales ending when stocks run out.

A Charm, with an Element of Chance

The Omamori-Style Acrylic Keychains(お守り風アクリルキーホルダー) borrow their format from omamori, the protective amulets found at Japanese shrines and temples. These character accessories are inspired by that familiar form, priced at ¥990 each, including tax.

There are five designs, but each sealed package contains a single randomly selected keychain. You will find out which one you have after opening it.

Look for them on the manga and comics shelves—a useful detail in a store where a small collectible can be easy to miss.

Small Stickers, Big Following

The Pukkuru Puffy Stickers(ぷっくるシール) come in two versions, priced at ¥660 each, including tax. These will be stocked on the toy shelves.

The stickers arrive amid Japan’s renewed enthusiasm for collecting and swapping stickers, with raised, glossy designs drawing children and adults alike. Among the biggest hits is Bonbon Drop, a separate sticker line whose candy-like appearance has helped turn sticker books into prized collections. For adults who grew up trading stickers, the appeal comes with a little nostalgia.

The Bear Inside the Bear Suit

For anyone new to Rilakkuma, one detail deserves explaining: the character wears a bear suit, and the identity of whoever—or whatever—is inside remains unknown.

Rilakkuma lives at the home of an office worker named Kaoru, alongside Korilakkuma and Kiiroitori. Food occupies much of the character’s attention, with pancakes, omelet rice, pudding and dango among the favorites. It is a modest set of priorities, and an easy one to appreciate during a convenience-store snack run.

The new merchandise draws on the Rilakkuma anime, currently airing on TBS in Japan on Saturdays at 9:25 a.m. The series can also be enjoyed beyond Japan, streaming internationally on Crunchyroll—including in Europe, Latin America and Southeast Asia—and on the official YouTube channels of Aniplex of America and Crunchyroll.

Before You Go Looking

Availability is limited to selected Lawson stores. Natural Lawson, Lawson Store 100 and L Mini Mart are excluded, as are some regular Lawson branches. Sales may begin at different times depending on the store, and deliveries may be delayed.

For collectors, the practical itinerary is simple: check the comics shelf, then the toy shelf. Your next Lawson stop could come with a little more Rilakkuma than expected.
