Stranger Things Turns 10. 7-Eleven Japan Teams Up with Netflix for Demogorgon Doughnuts, Surfer Boy Pizza and More.
From sweets to savory bites, a 16-item collaboration brings the Netflix series to Japanese convenience stores, starting Wednesday, October 28, 2026.

The Demogorgon has become a doughnut. Surfer Boy Pizza is taking orders in Japan. And the Upside Down has found its way into the snack aisle.
7-Eleven Japan is marking the 10th anniversary of Netflix’s Stranger Things with 16 food products, rolling out from Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The collection translates the show’s monsters, settings and fictional food into convenience-store fare, from cherry-filled doughnuts to pepperoni-pizza-flavored instant noodles.
The campaign coincides with Stranger Things Day on Friday, November 6, 2026. Fans observe the date because November 6, 1983, is when Will Byers disappears in the story, setting its supernatural mystery in motion. With all five seasons now available on Netflix, 7-Eleven is pitching the collection as provisions for a rewatch.
A Monster with a Chocolate Filling
Three doughnuts arrive on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, each priced at ¥257.04, including tax, and sold nationwide except in Okinawa.
The Demogorgon Doughnut(デモゴルゴンドーナツ) takes the creature’s five-petaled silhouette and gives it a chocolate-cream filling. Cookie dough and a crumble topping add crunch.
The Christmas Lights Doughnut(クリスマスライトドーナツ) recalls the lights strung across the Byers family’s wall, with colorful toppings over white chocolate and sugar cream sandwiched inside.
The Upside Down Doughnut(アップサイドダウンドーナツ) uses bamboo charcoal to turn its dough black, contrasting it with red glaze and a cherry filling. Here, the meeting of two worlds tastes sweet and tart.
Joining them is Hellfire Bread(ヘルファイアパン), a savory bun inspired by the Hellfire Club. It combines two kinds of meat, green peppers and a spicy sauce, priced at ¥278.64, including tax. It shares the doughnuts’ launch date and sales area.
Surfer Boy, Meet the Konbini Oven
The Surfer Boy Pizza: In-Store-Baked Pepperoni(Surfer Boy Pizza お店で焼いたピザ ふわもちペパロニ) arrives first, from Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Priced at ¥980.64, including tax, it is baked in store as part of 7-Eleven’s Live-Meal range.
For fans, the box may be part of the attraction. Special packaging bearing the fictional pizza business’s logo will follow from Friday, October 30, 2026, while supplies last. Once those boxes run out, stores will use regular packaging.
Two instant-noodle products follow on Monday, November 2, 2026. Sapporo Ichiban Pepperoni Pizza Flavor Noodles(サッポロ一番 ペパロニピザ味ヌードル), at ¥300.24, bring together spicy salami flavor, tomato and cheese in a soup.
Myojo Black Tonkotsu Mazesoba(明星 ブラック豚骨まぜそば), at ¥321.84, takes a richer route: soupless noodles with pork-bone flavor, black garlic oil and plenty of mayonnaise.
Something Strange in the Snack Aisle
Something Strange in the Snack Aisle
Six packaged snacks begin arriving on Thursday, October 29, 2026: chocolate-covered freeze-dried strawberries(チョコがけいちご); black pepper cheese-and-almond snacks(ブラック チーズアーモンド ブラックペッパー味); takoyaki-flavored mini squid-shaped fried snacks(ミニいか姿フライ たこ焼き風); black Chiitara, a cheese-and-fish snack, with a spicy salami-style flavor(ブラックチータラ カルパス風味); maple-waffle-flavored Caramel Corn(キャラメルコーン メープルワッフル味); and caramel popcorn(キャラメルポップコーン).
The flavors move between American screen-night staples and familiar Japanese snacks, with several products adopting the collection’s dark palette.
Three more arrive on Thursday, November 5, 2026: chocolate-coated crunchy puffs(サクサクパフチョコ), black pepper potato sticks(ポテトスティック ブラックペッパー味) and chewy grape gummies(もっちりぶどうグミ). Each includes one randomly selected sticker. The potato sticks have 23 designs to collect; the chocolate puffs and gummies each have nine.
The Next Stop Is Another 7-Eleven
A digital stamp rally runs from Sunday, November 1, through Thursday, November 12, 2026. To participate, add 7-Eleven Japan’s official LINE account and scan the QR code on the campaign display in store.
Participants can collect one stamp per store each day, with visits to different stores allowing multiple stamps on the same day. As the collection grows, the digital stamp card shifts from the Right Side Up to the Upside Down.
Two stamps unlock a smartphone wallpaper. Higher totals qualify participants for prize draws: six stamps for ¥1,000 in 7-Eleven-only QUO Card Pay credit, 10 for an anniversary aluminum bottle, and 20 for a framed poster signed by Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp and the Duffer brothers.
Stamp collection is available daily from 5 a.m. to 9:59 p.m. Japan time. Prize entries close at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2026.
Product availability and prices may vary by store. Some products will also be sold at Ito-Yokado and other retailers. Listed prices include 8 percent consumption tax for takeaway.
