WAGYUMAFIA Brings Wagyu and Seafood to Nissin’s Raoh
The new instant ramen, inspired by the group’s Nagasaki restaurant, arrives across Japan on October 19, 2026.

WAGYUMAFIA’s latest collaboration brings a taste of its Nagasaki restaurant to the instant-noodle aisle, with wagyu fat, seafood and a finishing dose of spicy yuzu.
Nissin will release WAGYUMAFIA ULTRA Raoh WAGYU SEAFOOD FLAVOR(WAGYUMAFIA ULTRAラ王 WAGYU SEAFOOD FLAVOR)across Japan on October 19, 2026, at a suggested retail price of ¥368 before tax.

Inspired by the restaurant’s Ultra Champon(ULTRAちゃんぽん), the ramen pairs a creamy beef broth with seafood umami, onion sweetness and the richness of wagyu fat. Medium-thick, straight, non-fried noodles provide bite; cabbage is the sole topping. A separate packet of spicy yuzu paste adds citrus fragrance and chili heat. The wagyu comes in the form of fat, accounting for 0.7 percent of the product.
The release follows WAGYUMAFIA ULTRA U.F.O. WAGYU UMAMI FLAVOR(WAGYUMAFIA ULTRA U.F.O. WAGYU UMAMI FLAVOR), launched in March 2026, and marks the group’s second collaboration with Nissin.
From Celebrity Tables to Convenience Stores
Founded in 2016 by entrepreneur Takafumi Horie and chef Hisato Hamada, WAGYUMAFIA has attracted a following that includes David Beckham and Ed Sheeran. BTS members V, Jin, RM and J-Hope visited in April 2026, ahead of their Tokyo Dome performances.
Its reach now extends to Hong Kong and Singapore. WAGYUMAFIA Hong Kong, the group’s first overseas restaurant, opened in 2018, offering wagyu omakase at an 18-seat counter. The overseas portfolio also includes the sake bar YATCHABAR Hong Kong and the wagyu ramen restaurants MASHI NO MASHI in Hong Kong and Singapore.
In Japan, shoppers may know the name from a succession of FamilyMart collaborations: Ultra Garlic Potato Chips(ポテトチップス ULTRA GARLIC), seasoned with an emphatic dose of garlic; Ultra Highball(ULTRA HIGHBALL), blending four whisky base spirits; and Ultra Peyoung(ULTRA PEYOUNG/ウルトラペヤング), a garlic-heavy take on instant yakisoba. Those products brought a brand associated with exclusive dining into the everyday convenience-store shop.
The new Raoh may reach a wider retail audience. Nissin lists its sales area as nationwide and identifies no exclusive retailer, suggesting availability across a broader range of stores. The release does not name individual stockists.
